Simon will take over the role from Neil Martin, who has been promoted to chief operating officer in Europe.
He joined the property company as a commercial manager and has nearly 15 years of experience at the company.
Simon has undertaken various roles across the business and will be leaving his current position as executive general manager for UK regions to take on the new role.

During his time as head of the regional business, Simon secured the contract to repair, refurbish, and restore the Grade I-listed Manchester Town Hall.
“My focus will be to ensure Lendlease remains a leader in the construction sector and continues to provide an exceptional service to our customers,” said Simon.
“We already have some of the finest talent in the industry working at Lendlease and I have absolutely no doubt that we will continue to deliver great schemes and win new business.”
